Role & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for direct clients on technical positions
- Source, identify, and engage top-tier technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Recruit for Data, AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, Software Engineering, Technology and Deeptech, and related niche hiring roles
- Conduct talent mapping and talent research to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct candidate screening, technical qualification discussions, and interview coordination
- Assess candidate skills, experience, availability, work authorization, and compensation expectations
- Develop and execute advanced Boolean search strategies and talent insight techniques to identify passive candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities within ATS and recruitment platforms
- Collaborate with account managers, business development teams, and hiring stakeholders to understand client requirements




- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while maintaining high quality standards
- Stay updated on US technology hiring trends, market intelligence, and emerging skill sets

Preferred candidate profile:
- 1-4 years of experience in US Technical Staffing or US Recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting for technical positions in the US market
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (LinkedIn RPS)
- Experience sourcing and recruiting Data & AI professionals
- Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies across Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Software Development, Technology, and Deeptech
- Strong Boolean search, talent mapping, talent research, and candidate sourcing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
