Job_Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Team Lead to lead our digital marketing function. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Meta Ads, performance marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics. This role requires hands-on experience in implementing and managing tracking across web and mobile apps, while leading a high-performing team to achieve business growth and marketing KPIs.
Key_Responsibilities:

▪ Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.

▪ Own the overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, with accountability for lead generation, customer acquisition, ROI, and revenue growth.

▪ Plan, execute, optimize, and scale marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google and other paid media platforms.

▪ Develop data-driven marketing strategies to improve campaign performance and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).





▪ Implement, validate, and troubleshoot tracking across websites and mobile applications using tools such as Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), SDKs, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar attribution platforms.

▪ Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution, event mapping, and reporting for both web and app campaigns.

▪ Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, identify optimisation opportunities, and present actionable insights to leadership.

▪ Collaborate with product, design, sales, and technology teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives.

▪ Define team goals, monitor KPIs, review campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery of marketing objectives.

▪ Manage marketing budgets efficiently and continuously improve cost per acquisition (CPA), customer lifetime value (LTV), and overall campaign profitability.
