We are looking for an experienced
Documentum Developer
to design, develop, and maintain Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions using the
OpenText Documentum
platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Documentum technologies, workflow development, repository management, and enterprise system integrations.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ECM solutions using
OpenText Documentum
.
- Customize and configure
Documentum Content Server, D2, Webtop, xCP, DFC, and DQL
.
- Develop document workflows, lifecycle management, and repository configurations.
- Integrate Documentum with enterprise applications using
REST APIs
and middleware.
- Support legacy content migration and cloud migration initiatives.
- Optimize repository performance, indexing, and security.
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams.




- Prepare technical documentation and mentor junior developers.
- Support CI/CD implementation and cloud-based deployments.

Required Skills

- Documentum
xCP, DFC, DQL, Content Server, D2, Webtop
- Java / J2EE
- REST APIs & Web Services
- Documentum Composer & Process Builder
- Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
- Repository Configuration & Workflow Development
- Database knowledge: Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Application Servers: WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat
- AWS Cloud Fundamentals
- CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Git, Docker
- Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
- Documentum Certified Developer / xCP Certification
- Experience with AWS-based Documentum deployments
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations (ERP/PLM)
- Experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native solutions
