*Key Responsibilities*

* Manage overall Finance, Accounts & Taxation functions.

* Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances.

* Prepare MIS, Budget, Cash Flow and Financial Reports.

* Finalization of Accounts and Audit Coordination.

* Ensure working capital management and financial controls.

* Liaise with Banks, Auditors and Government Authorities.

* Support management with financial planning and decision-making.

*Required Skills*

* Strong knowledge of Finance, GST, TDS, Income Tax and Finalization.

* Experience in MIS, Budgeting, Cash Flow and Statutory Compliance.

* Proficiency in Tally Prime, ERP and MS Excel.

* Valuable analytical, communication and leadership skills.
