Role Description
The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Pet Point locations in Delhi, India. This role oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, supervision,
and performance management to ensure smooth functioning and high service standards. The Store Manager monitors inventory, merchandising, and product displays, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. They handle customer escalations, resolve issues, and ensure that every visitor receives professional, friendly, and knowledgeable support. The role is responsible for maintaining store cleanliness and safety, managing cash and billing processes, reducing retail loss, and collaborating with grooming and veterinarian teams to deliver a seamless experience for pet parents. The Store Manager also tracks sales performance, implements promotional activities, and contributes to continuous improvements that drive customer satisfaction and store growth.
