Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelors in Mechanical/Industrial/Production Engineering with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Mandatory skills and experience required:
- Experience in creating Operations Method Sheets, Assembly Process Planning, and Work Instructions for large assemblies.
- Positive understanding of mechanical drawings and standards, Manufacturing Bill of Materials (BoM) Management, Engineering Change Management, and Release process.
- Demonstrated strong problem-solving and decision-making ability while resolving build issues.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Production Planning, and Industrial Engineering) to improve products or assembly processes.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of semiconductor equipment, capital equipment industry, and its manufacturing processes.
- Experience in manufacturing shop floor.
- Experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Knowledge of DFX process (Design for Manufacturability, Cost, Assembly, and Serviceability).
- Experience in virtual manufacturing/build.
