Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and review industrial electrical panels including MCC, PCC, PLC, and control panels.
- Prepare electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and BOMs.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications.
- Integrate automation systems with hydraulic, lubrication, and process control equipment.
- Configure and commission VFDs, sensors, transmitters, and field instruments.
- Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), Site Acceptance Testing (SAT), and commissioning activities.
- Diagnose electrical and automation failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with industrial electrical standards and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with mechanical, service, and project teams for successful project execution.
- Provide technical support during installation, startup, and customer handover.
- Travel to customer sites across India whenever required.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Instrumentation, or a related discipline.




- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and electrical panel engineering.
- Experience in designing and commissioning automation systems in manufacturing or process industries.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Delta, Mitsubishi, Schneider, or equivalent).
- Experience in HMI and SCADA development.
- Expertise in electrical panel design (MCC, PCC, PLC Panels).
- Valuable understanding of industrial electrical drawings, P&IDs;, and wiring schematics.
- Hands-on experience with VFDs, servo drives, and industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, or Profinet.
- Knowledge of control systems, sensors, relays, and instrumentation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical or EPLAN is preferred.
- Experience with hydraulic and lubrication automation systems will be an added advantage.
