HR Officer

Location: Changodar, Ahmedabad

A reputed Food Production & Frozen Foods Company is looking for a dynamic, proactive, and result-oriented HR Officer to join its growing team at its Changodar,Ahmedabad facility. If you are passionate about Human Resources and have experience managing end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setting, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary- ₹35,000-45,000 per month

*Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.*

Eligibility
- Graduate / MBA in Human Resources, Personnel Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience in the manufacturing, FMCG, food processing, or industrial sector will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour laws, and HR operations.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle,



including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
- Handle recruitment and management of contractual workforce.
- Process payroll, attendance, leave records, deductions, and statutory compliances accurately.
- Develop and administer employee compensation and benefits programmes.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.
- Address employee grievances and promote healthy employee relations.
- Track and analyse HR metrics to support business decisions and improve HR effectiveness.
- Coordinate with vendors for office administration, facilities management, and procurement-related activities.
- Oversee company asset management and maintain accurate asset records.
- Generate HR reports
