Role Description
The Customer Success Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for supporting clients throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, resolving day-to-day queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role involves maintaining regular communication with customers, gathering feedback, and coordinating with internal teams to address issues and improve services.



The Customer Success Associate will monitor customer satisfaction metrics, support retention initiatives, and identify opportunities to enhance engagement. This role also includes preparing reports, documenting interactions, and contributing to best practices that strengthen long-term client relationships.

Qualifications
- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Engagement and Customer Support.
- Ability to drive outcomes related to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret customer data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build professional relationships.
- Comfort working on-site in Gurugram and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in customer success, account management, or client servicing, preferably in IT, Non-IT, or BPO environments.
