About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Procurement & Supply Chain Executive
with experience in an e-commerce setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement, vendor coordination, inventory planning, purchase orders, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations across multiple sales channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, Shopify, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
- Raise and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement.
- Coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs.
- Forecast inventory requirements based on sales trends and demand planning.
- Track supplier performance and maintain vendor scorecards.
- Coordinate with warehouse, operations, finance,



and marketplace teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Handle inward and outward logistics planning and shipment tracking.
- Ensure timely deliveries while minimizing procurement and logistics costs.
- Resolve procurement, quality, and delivery-related issues with vendors.
- Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and documentation.
- Work closely with the finance team for invoice verification and vendor payment reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and company standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience
in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchase functions within an
e-commerce or D2C company

- Experience working with marketplaces such as
Amazon, Flipk
