Polar Quality India is the Indian arm of Polar Quality AS, a Norway-based sales company established in 2002 by Salmon and Trout producers and headquartered in Bodø. Polar Quality AS is a leading supplier of premium Norwegian Salmon and Trout, farmed in the pristine Arctic waters of Norway. Polar Quality is the first Norwegian seafood company to set up a dedicated presence in India, with products stored at its office in Gurugram and at major cold-chain facilities in Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Current Delhi. The “Salmon from Arctic Waters” range includes fresh and frozen fillets as well as smoked variants in different sizes and flavors. Smoked salmon is prepared in traditional Norwegian style, representing classic Norwegian smoked salmon quality for the Indian market.

Role Description
The Associate – Brand Marketing and Research is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position focuses on building brand awareness and supporting sales and marketing initiatives for premium Norwegian seafood products in India.



Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and consumer research, analyzing trends, and generating insights to support brand positioning and campaign development. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams, executing brand marketing activities, preparing reports and presentations, and monitoring competitor activity. The associate will also contribute to digital and offline marketing content, assist in planning promotional events, and ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Graduate, preferably from Delhi University with 0-3 years of experience
- Candidates should possess strong Market Research and Research skills to gather, interpret, and present consumer and industry insights.
