- Need to develop productive, professional relationships with key personnel in the partner Accounts & End Customer.
- A person has to coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts or Key customers.
- Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
- Drives adoption of company programs among assigned partners.
- Proactively recruits recent qualifying partners & grows channel Sales.
- Should have exposure in selling tech products in Broadcast, Media, Entertainment & AV & IT.
- Develop a sales and marketing plan for Brand promotion.
