Job Purpose:

We are looking for a highly analytical and experienced
Finance Manager – MIS & GL
to oversee financial reporting, general ledger operations, cash flow management, budgeting, and process automation. The ideal candidate will drive financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and enhance reporting efficiency through automation and digital finance transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze MIS reports with timely and accurate financial insights

• Perform variance analysis and present key financial findings to management

• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and financial forecasting

• Support annual budgeting, financial planning, and cost optimization initiatives

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with financial policies

• Drive process automation across MIS, GL, reconciliations, and reporting





• Develop and maintain finance SOPs and best practices

• Prepare operational KPIs and support strategic business decisions

• Collaborate with senior management through financial analysis and reporting

• Leverage advanced Excel, BI tools, and AI-driven analytics for finance transformation

Qualification & Experience:

• CA/CMA Qualified

• 5+ years of experience in Finance, MIS, or General Ledger functions

• Robust expertise in Budgeting, Forecasting, Cash Flow Management, and Ledger Maintenance

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and finance process automation

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and BI tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills
