Techouts Hiring | Inside Sales Associate (Female Candidates)

Techouts (Partner of Rezolve AI) is hiring Inside Sales Associates.

Location: Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai

Work Mode: 6 Days Work from Office (1 Weekly Off)

We are looking for female candidates with 1-3 years of experience and a short notice period.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with inbound leads through CRM and explain our premium managed co-living offerings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties and room options.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
Follow up with customers before and after site visits to drive conversions.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings.

Desired Profile:




Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Sales/Marketing is an added advantage).
13 years of experience in Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Customer Engagement.
Experience handling inbound leads and achieving conversion targets.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and structured sales processes.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
Customer-focused with strong follow-up skills and the ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
