About the Role

Product Expert – Safety & Medical is accountable for all aspects of the Safety and Medical technology ecosystem, including business and technical analysis, backlog management,



agile delivery, operational performance, enhancements, replacements, and future capability roadmaps.

The Product Expert partners closely with Safety, Medical Affairs, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Digital & Technology teams to deliver and continuously improve technology solutions that support pharmacovigilance, adverse event management, signal detection, risk management, medical information, scientific engagement, evidence generation, and regulatory compliance.

In addition, the Product Expert is responsible for all business-as-usual (BAU) activities within the Safety and Medical landscape, ensuring reliable, compliant, and uninterrupted operations.

Technology Strategy & Enablement
- Develop and maintain the technology vision and roadmap for Safety and Medical capabilities aligned to Haleon's R&D; and Consumer Health strategy.
