About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in Process Mapping, Business Analysis, and Process Improvement within O2C, Credit, AR, or Finance Operations environments. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and drive transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain As-Is and To-Be process maps and process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs with cross-functional teams.
- Identify process gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Produce project artefacts including BRDs, SOPs, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and governance documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance, Credit, Sales, Operations, Legal, and IT stakeholders.




- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
- Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across O2C processes.
Required Skills
- Experience in Business Analysis and Process Improvement.
- Strong Process Mapping skills (Current State Future State).
- Requirements Gathering and Documentation expertise.
- Workshop Facilitation and Stakeholder Management experience.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in O2C, Credit, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Finance Operations.
- Understanding of Risk, Controls, and Governance frameworks.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to transformation projects and process excellence initiatives.
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, or similar.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms and finance operations processes.
