About the Role

Truevet is looking for an experienced **Manager — Exports** to drive our international business growth and strengthen our presence across global markets. You will be responsible for developing export strategies, expanding distributor networks, managing key international accounts, and ensuring seamless execution from market development to successful shipment.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute export strategies for South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other target markets.

* Identify, appoint, and manage exclusive distributors while ensuring achievement of agreed sales and growth targets.

* Build long-term relationships with international partners, customers, and key stakeholders.

* Manage market-wise pricing, profitability, sales forecasts, credit terms, and revenue performance.

* Coordinate with regulatory, production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely product registrations, documentation,



and shipments.

* Oversee export documentation, customs compliance, shipping schedules, and international trade regulations.

* Negotiate commercial agreements, distributor contracts, and payment terms.

* Represent Truevet at international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and industry events.

* Monitor global market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

* Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and strategic business plans for management.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, Veterinary Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.

5–8 years of experience in B2B export sales, preferably in animal health, veterinary products, feed additives, agri-inputs, pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
