*Job Summary:*

We are hiring Picker Packers for our warehouse operations. Your main job is to pick products from shelves, pack them safely, and get orders ready for dispatch. *Freshers welcome. Immediate joining available.*

*Salary & Benefits:*
- *Monthly Salary:* ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 based on experience
- *Overtime Pay* Extra pay for all hours worked beyond 8 hrs/day as per law
- *Statutory Benefits:* *PF + ESI* provided from Day 1
- *Other Benefits:* Attendance bonus, performance incentives

*Work Schedule:*
- *Shift:* 8 hours + Overtime. Day shift / Rotational shifts

Part time timing maximum 5hours
- *Weekly Off:* 1 day per week

*Eligibility Criteria:*
- *Education:* 10th Pass / Fail also can apply
- *Experience:* 0–1year . Freshers will be trained
- *Age:* 18 to 35 years
- *Skills:* Basic reading in Tamil/English to check order slips

Pay: ₹16,300.00 - ₹19,500.00 per month
