Role Description
The Franchise Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role focuses on driving franchise expansion by identifying prospective franchise partners, generating and qualifying leads,



and managing the franchise sales pipeline from initial contact to closure. The Franchise Sales Manager will conduct presentations, meetings, and site visits with potential investors, property owners, and mall developers, explaining the FOCO model, returns, and operational support. This role will collaborate with management to develop territory plans, support business planning for new outlets, and ensure smooth onboarding of new franchise partners. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales reports, coordinating with operations and marketing teams, tracking market trends, and representing SugarTown at industry events and networking opportunities.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Franchise Sales and Franchising skills, with experience in managing end-to-end franchise acquisition processes.
