Role Description
This is an opportunity to build the growth engine of an early-stage startup.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, experimenting with ideas, and driving measurable growth. More importantly, we're looking for someone who thinks like an owner,



takes initiative, and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up.

As the Growth Marketing & Partnerships Lead, you will work directly with the founder and take ownership of FitAstra's growth strategy—from acquiring new users to improving activation, retention, brand awareness, and strategic partnerships.

You'll identify growth opportunities, execute marketing campaigns, build partnerships, collaborate with creators and communities, and continuously experiment with current acquisition channels to help scale the business.

You'll have the freedom to test ideas, make decisions, analyze results, and contribute directly to the company's growth.

Success in this role means:
