Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Project Lead- Technology to support the delivery and management of end-to-end implementation of technology & edtech initiatives across Room to Read operating countries. This role will be responsible for, working at the intersection of education, technology, and AI-enabled solutions.

Reporting into global technology leadership, the role requires robust project management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work across internal teams, vendors, and international partners. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on complex, multi-country education technology initiatives in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:
- Assist in the planning and management of project schedule, milestones, deliverables, and risks
- Track project progress and prepare regular updates and reports for leadership
- Prepare and plan for app training to cross-functional team & end app users
- Coordinate with technology team, cross-functional teams,



external vendors & other stakeholders on project delivery and implementation plans
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders

Other responsibilities:
- Coordinate project related procurement,
- Support partner onboarding and scheduling project cadence
- Support pilots, rollouts, and app expansion to other regions, as required
- Deeply understanding functional application requirements and convert into technical language

Qualifications

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Software Engineering, Technology, Information Systems, Project Management, Education Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, project coordination, or technology-enabled programs
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills
- Proven ability to support complex projects in dynamic environments
