Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Coordinate daily schedules for site audits and installations, ensuring the right professionals, materials, and tools are available at the right time.
- Work closely with Procurement, Store Operations, Site Auditors, and Installation Partners to ensure every project is installation-ready before deployment.
- Track material availability, delivery timelines, and customer appointments to minimize delays and rescheduling.
- Monitor real-time job progress, proactively resolve operational bottlenecks, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure on-time project completion.
- Ensure all required documentation, customer acknowledgements, job cards, and completion reports are submitted accurately and within defined timelines.
- Maintain operational dashboards and track key metrics such as schedule adherence, installation readiness, completion rates, and turnaround times.
- Monitor adherence to company SOPs, including skilled conduct,



uniform compliance, safety standards, and installation quality protocols.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between customers, installation partners, store teams, and service managers to deliver a seamless installation experience.
