Trainers (Cybersecurity, Cyber Hygiene, Data Protection, Generative AI, MIS & Microsoft 365)
Role:
Trainers shall be engaged on a project basis for delivering Classroom, Virtual, and Hybrid Training Programmes as per organizational requirements.
Domains of Expertise:
Candidates should possess demonstrable knowledge and training delivery experience in one or more of the following domains:
- Cybersecurity & Cyber Hygiene
- Data Protection & Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Generative AI
- Microsoft 365
- Google Workspace
- Zoho Workplace
- Cloud Computing & SaaS Security
- eOffice
- Digital Governance & e-Governance
- Digital Productivity Tools
- MIS & Dashboard Reporting
- Emerging Technologies
Eligibility Criteria:
- Certified or Non-Certified Trainer/Subject Matter Expert (SME) with relevant domain expertise.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in one or more of the specified training domains.
- Proven experience in conducting classroom, virtual, or hybrid professional training programmes.
- Relevant industry certifications will be preferred; however, experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) without certifications may also be considered.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
Preferred Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the relevant technology/domain.
- Minimum 3 years of training delivery experience in classroom and/or virtual environments.
- Experience in conducting at least 2030 professional training programmes for corporates, Government organizations, educational institutions, or PSUs.
- Preference will be given to prior experience of delivering training programmes for Government Ministries, Departments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, NIC, MeitY, State Government Departments, or similar public sector organizations.
