- Strategic Sourcing: Identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers for frame, chassis, and other structural components.
- Supplier Management: Build solid supplier partnerships, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term reliability and competitiveness.
- Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules to optimize cost, lead times, and supply reliability.
