Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Production Engineer role based in Vasai. The Production Engineer will oversee daily production activities,



ensuring efficient operation of thermoforming and sheet extrusion lines while meeting quality, safety, and delivery targets. Responsibilities include monitoring production performance, planning and scheduling production runs, optimizing processes, and coordinating with R&D;, maintenance, and quality teams. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality control procedures, troubleshooting technical issues on the shop floor, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and improve productivity. The Production Engineer will also prepare production reports, support training of operators, and contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Production Engineering skills, with experience in plastics or thermoforming processes preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to diagnose production issues
