About the Role

We are looking for a freelance AI Adoption Coach to help non-technical business teams move from occasional, individual AI use to real, workflow-level change. This is not a technical training role. It is about helping people in HR, finance, operations, sales, and pre-sales understand where AI fits their actual work and building habits that stick.

Responsibilities
- Facilitate foundation workshops for department heads and team leads across non-technical functions
- Run pre-work and pain-point discovery to identify high-impact workflows before each session
- Help teams select one or two workflows to automate or improve using AI tools
- Support the build-out of those workflows alongside facilitators or internal champions
- Create case studies from early wins to drive adoption across the wider organisation
- Work across mixed tool environments including Microsoft 365,



Google Workspace, Copilot, and Gemini
- Advise on AI governance basics: what goes into external tools, what does not, and why

Qualifications
- 5+ years working in or with non-technical business functions (HR, finance, operations, sales support, or similar)
- Demonstrated experience facilitating AI adoption or digital workflow change with non-technical teams
- Comfortable running workshops with mixed seniority, from team leads to department heads
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace AI features (Copilot, Gemini) at a practical, non-developer level
- Based in or able to work from Kolkata

What We Are Not Looking For

Generic awareness trainers. We need someone who can go from workshop to working process, someone who has actually changed how a team does its work, not just introduced them to AI.
