Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Meta Ads Specialist role based in Indore. The Meta Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, building, and managing advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and related networks) to meet client performance goals. Daily tasks include conducting audience and competitor research, creating and optimizing ad sets, managing budgets and bids, tracking performance metrics,



and preparing clear reports for clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop high-converting creatives, A/B testing different ad elements, and staying current with platform updates and best practices. The Meta Ads Specialist will work closely with the account management and strategy teams to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and ensure a consistent client experience.

Qualifications
- Solid expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and performance optimization.
- Experience in paid social media marketing and familiarity with other digital channels such as Google Ads or YouTube Ads is an advantage.
