About the Role
Nursing Extra Mileage is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and expand our business operations across India. We are seeking a visionary leader with prior experience in the EdTech industry who can drive strategic growth, build high-performing teams, and introduce innovative business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business growth strategies across Pan India.
- Develop and implement innovative ideas to expand the company's presence in different states.
- Manage, mentor, and monitor the telecalling team to achieve business targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
- Drive revenue growth and oversee overall business development activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
- Travel for field visits whenever required by the company.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the EdTech industry (preferred).
- Strong experience in business development and Pan India operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute growth plans effectively.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
