Job Summary

Svarna Infrastructure & Builders Pvt. Ltd. (SIBPL) is
seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-rise residential and commercial construction projects from planning to successful handover.
The ideal candidate should possess solid technical expertise, project execution capabilities, financial management skills, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams while ensuring quality, safety, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of high-rise real estate projects from planning through completion.
- Develop project schedules, resource plans, milestones, and execution strategies.
- Oversee all phases of construction, including foundation, RCC structure, finishing works, plumbing, MEP coordination, and external development.
- Monitor project progress to ensure delivery within approved timelines and budgets.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost control measures.
- Lead and coordinate architects, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.




- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards, approved drawings, and statutory regulations.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, environmental regulations, and company SOPs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, government authorities, and senior management.
- Prepare project MIS reports, progress updates, financial reports, and management presentations.
- Maintain project documentation, including contracts, approvals, permits, technical records, and project close-out documentation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline will be an added advantage.
