Role Description
The AI Researcher role at Shrote Technologies is a full-time remote position focused on designing, developing, and evaluating AI models and algorithms for real-world software applications. On a day-to-day basis, the AI Researcher will conduct literature reviews, explore new methods in machine learning and pattern recognition, design experiments, and analyze data to validate hypotheses.



The role includes building prototypes, collaborating with engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into products, and documenting research findings and technical approaches. The AI Researcher will also optimize model performance, monitor system behavior, and contribute to long-term AI strategy and best practices. Regular collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to align research outcomes with product and business needs is expected.

Qualifications
