We are looking for a senior automotive engineering leader to head Prototype Vehicle Handling (PVH), Validation, Durability & Reliability Engineering for new vehicle development programs.

Role & responsibilities:
- Lead prototype vehicle build, validation & durability activities for new vehicle programs
- Drive vehicle testing, reliability engineering & performance evaluation
- Develop and implement testing procedures as per IS / ISO / SAE / CMVR standards
- Validate vehicle systems, aggregates & integration performance
- Identify defects, conduct root cause analysis & provide feedback to design teams
- Lead rapid prototyping, fabrication & machining initiatives
- Implement advanced testing technologies, tools & validation methodologies
- Manage testing infrastructure,



capability development & cross-functional engineering teams
- Collaborate with R&D;, design, quality & manufacturing teams to ensure first-time-right product development
- Benchmark vehicle performance against market and competitor standards

Preferred candidate profile:

- 15+ years in Automotive OEM industry
- Currently handling Vehicle Validation / PVH / Durability / Reliability functions
- Experience in Prototype Vehicle Build & Testing
- Team handling experience
- Solid exposure to automotive testing standards
