Role Description
This is a full time Senior Dynamics 365 CRM Developer role focused on on-premises versions 9.1 or 9.0, not cloud deployments. The position is based in Bengaluru in a hybrid setup, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Senior Developer will design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM on-prem solutions, including entities, workflows, plugins,



integrations, and extensions aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities include analyzing user needs, translating functional specifications into technical designs, optimizing performance, and ensuring data integrity and security. The role also involves troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades and patches, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to best practices and documentation for long-term maintainability.

Qualifications
- Strong Software Development skills, including object-oriented programming, .NET/C#, and application lifecycle management.
- Deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), specifically Dynamics 365 CRM On-prem 9.1 or 9.0, including customization, configuration, and workflow design.
- Experience with Integration, including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and connecting CRM with other enterprise
