We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Java with strong expertise in building enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM), preferably Keycloak, along with the ability to lead development teams and drive technical solutions from design to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications.

• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code reviews.

• Develop scalable Microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Ensure high-quality, secure, and maintainable code.

• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.

• Drive technical decisions, effort estimation, and project planning.

Mandatory Skills

• 8–10 years of hands-on experience in Java (Java 8+).

• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring Security.





• Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions such as Keycloak (Mandatory).

• Robust experience with Microservices Architecture and REST APIs.

• Experience with Hibernate/JPA.

• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or MariaDB.

• Experience with AWS Cloud Services.

• Hands-on experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.

• Strong understanding of Authentication, Authorization, OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

Preferred Skills

• Angular or other modern front-end frameworks.

• Docker and Kubernetes.

• Performance tuning and Cloud-Native Architecture.

Leadership Skills

• Proven experience leading development teams.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience mentoring developers and conducting code reviews.
