We are looking for a hands-on Paid Media specialist who can own the entire paid acquisition funnel end-to-end — from strategy to execution to optimization.

This role is ideal for someone who has previous experience marketing immigration, visa, EB-5, residency, or legal/financial services, understands compliance-sensitive advertising, and knows how to generate qualified, high-intent leads at scale.

You will manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search, Display, Programmatic, and continuously optimize performance across geographies.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Own full-funnel paid acquisition: awareness → consideration → conversion.
- Run high-intent lead gen campaigns for immigration services (EB-5, investor visas, work visas, residency programs, etc.).
- Set up and manage programmatic & display campaigns where applicable.

Campaign Optimization & Performance
- Continuously optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives,



ad copies, landing pages, and audiences.
- Manage keyword research, search intent mapping, and negative keyword hygiene.
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling costs and compliance risks.

Tracking, Analytics & Reporting
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, pixels, server-side if needed).
- Monitor funnel drop-offs and collaborate on landing page CRO improvements.
- Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports with actionable insights (not vanity metrics).

Compliance & Industry Sensitivity
- Ensure campaigns comply with platform policies (especially for immigration, legal, and financial ads).
- Work around ad restrictions using compliant messaging, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Coordinate with content/SEO teams to align paid + organic messaging.

Required Experience & Skills

Must-Have
- 5–6 years of hands-on Paid Media experience
- Proven experience running ad
