Job Responsibilities :
- Familiarity with regulations and industry codes and standards affecting all architectural work within department
- Updation of job related issues to the concerned
- Quality assurance: Adhere to QMS norms / maintain required documents for project scope of work
- Preparing / checking of designs & SOQ
- Checking and issue of IFC drawings pertaining to his project
- Maintenance of record prints, check prints, commented prints and drawings / checklists.
- Allocate appropriate work and provide necessary architectural inputs to designers.
- Checking interfaces for IFC Drawings
Education Requirement :
Necessary:
- Architecture Degree from accredited college or university
Experience Requirement :
- 03 years minimum including 1 year training
Skills & Competencies :
- Basic knowledge of development control rules and general building requirements
- Extended knowhow for use and application of design software such as MicroStation AutoCAD Revit etc.
- Knowledge of project specification and standards
- Knowledge of QMS
- Valuable communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of 3D presentation packages such as 3D Studio Max etc.
