About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Pattern Agent Developer to design and develop intelligent pattern recognition and self-learning systems for enterprise AI applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in machine learning pipelines, graph-based data structures, inference algorithms, and knowledge-driven AI systems. This role involves building advanced matching algorithms, anonymization frameworks, and promotion logic while collaborating closely with GraphRAG engineers to create scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop Pattern Agent algorithms for intelligent pattern recognition and decision-making.

Build and optimize ML pipelines for pattern extraction, learning, and continuous improvement.





Implement promotion logic and anonymization rules to ensure secure and privacy-compliant data processing.

Develop three-layer matching capabilities, including:

Direct lookup

Constrained similarity matching

Full inference-based matching

Define and implement graduation criteria for self-learning knowledge systems to improve model accuracy and reliability.

Design scalable algorithms for entity matching, relationship discovery, and contextual reasoning.

Collaborate with the GraphRAG Engineer to integrate pattern recognition with the underlying graph-based data layer.

Interpret, refine, and enhance existing design specifications to improve system performance and scalability.

Optimize algorithms for accuracy, efficiency, and production-scale deployments.

Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
