We are looking for a Corporate Compliance Executive with valuable communication skills( Oral & written) whose work mainly comprises:
- Filing of PAS-3, SH-7, MGT-14, and (Annual filing AOC-4 (XBRL), MGT 7,DPT 3,KYC )Spice Part A & Part B etc.
- Drafting Board Resolutions,(Name Changes, Object Clause shifts, Registered Office shifts (inter-state), and Share Capital increases etc) ,Minutes of Meetings (Board, AGM, EGM), Director’s Reports, and Statutory Registers etc
- RBI / FEMA filing -FCGPR, FLA etc.
- Qualification: CS Executive (Inter) / M.Com with hand or secretarial experience.
- Experience: 2–5 years in a CA or CS Firm (essential).
- Portal Proficiency: Must have expertise in navigating MCA V2 & V3 portal.
