We are looking for a mature, high-caliber Sales & Marketing Professional to lead business development for our Single Point Automatic Lubrication Systems across 3 States.

This is not a typical demand-driven sales role
. Our
product requires strategic push selling
,
deep industrial understanding, and the ability to convert
relationships into revenue.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, building trust with key stakeholders, and positioning lubrication systems as a reliability and cost-saving solution across industries.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute territory-wise sales strategy for 3 States
- Drive consultative selling by educating customers on preventive maintenance & asset reliability
- Build strong relationships with:
- Plant Heads
- Maintenance Heads
- Reliability Engineers
- Identify and penetrate target industries:
- Steel, Cement, Power, Mining, OEMs, and Heavy Engineering
- Work closely with OEM partners (e.g., panel builders, EPCs) to unlock indirect sales channels




- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline (direct + channel-driven)
- Conduct product demos, site visits, and ROI-based presentations
- Collaborate with internal technical teams for solution customization
- Ensure timely closure of deals and revenue targets

What We’re Looking For ?
- 8–10+ years of experience in industrial B2B sales (preferably lubrication, bearings, Pumps, Valves maintenance, reliability, or capital equipment)
- Proven ability in relationship-driven / influence-based selling
- Strong network within industrial clusters of Gujarat, Rajasthan & MP
- High maturity to sell non-obvious / non-demand products
- Ability to articulate ROI, downtime reduction, and maintenance optimization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership attitude
