The prospect

Working in a collaborative team environment, the Transition Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing the seamless transition of services, processes for clients. The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating,



and executing complex transitions, ensuring minimal disruption, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets.

Your key responsibilities
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in transition management, project management and transformational initiatives within a large-scale, global environment.
- An ideal candidate must have managed and executed large multi country, multi service, complex implementations.
- Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, communication strategies, and milestone tracking.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity.
