About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This is a replacement role that will be instrumental in building scalable people processes and maintaining a strong culture during a period of rapid growth. The HRBP will address key challenges related to employee engagement, retention, performance management, and manager effectiveness. This role will also bring much-needed structure to HR operations and reduce founder dependency on day-to-day people management.

- Experience in managing employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.
