We are seeking an aggressive, self-motivated, and result-oriented Business Development Professional to scale our corporate client portfolio. This is an entrepreneurial, high-reward role designed for a go-getter who thrives on closing deals. Your primary objective will be to identify, pitch, and secure new corporate, government clients for our business.

Compensation Structure:
This position operates on a
100% Profit Incentive / Commission-Only
basis initially. Payouts will be directly tied to the business you successfully bring in and will be paid out promptly upon deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Client Acquisition:
Identify, target, and pitch to potential corporate clients, developers, and industrial enterprises to acquire new business.
- Lead Generation:




Build a strong pipeline of qualified corporate leads through cold calling, networking, site visits, and professional platforms.
- Deal Closure:
Actively manage the sales cycle from the initial introductory call to proposal presentation, negotiation, and final closure.
- Relationship Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for current clients, ensuring their requirements are accurately mapped to our delivery capabilities.

Observation Period & Career Progression:
- Initial Observation (1–2 Months):
The first one to two months will serve as an observation phase to evaluate performance, market reach, and deal-closing capabilities under the profit incentive model.
- Payout Revision:
Upon successful deal closures during or immediately after this period, a revised, enhanced payout structure or base adjustments can be mutually discussed.
