This is a high-ownership, target-driven role where you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle: understanding client hiring needs, mapping the market, identifying and engaging top talent, and closing critical mandates.

What matters more is a sales mindset, hustle, and either real estate domain knowledge (through education or work experience) or the drive to build that expertise quickly on the job.
