About the Role

Bisleri International is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Modern Trade Sales Executive to drive sales growth across key contemporary trade accounts in Bangalore. The role will be responsible for managing retail chains, ensuring superior in-store execution, maximizing product visibility, and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Modern Trade accounts including supermarkets, hypermarkets, and organized retail chains.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards across assigned outlets.
- Execute trade promotions, in-store activations, and new product launches.
- Coordinate with distributors to ensure timely replenishment and stock availability.
- Build strong relationships with store managers, category managers,



and key stakeholders.
- Track sales performance, competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights.
- Negotiate secondary displays and promotional placements to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to company commercial policies.
- Prepare and share periodic sales and market reports.

Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in Modern Trade Sales within FMCG, Beverage, Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Dairy, or related industries.
- Experience handling accounts such as DMart, Reliance Retail, More, Spar, Metro Cash & Carry, Lulu, Star Bazaar, and other organized retail chains.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore and nearby markets.
