Job Description
We are looking for Real Estate Sales Executive to generate leads and promote real estate projects in Dubai And India, through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining property details, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads
Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries
Explain property features, pricing, location advantages, and offers
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Maintain and update customer data in CRM or Excel
Follow up with interested prospects regularly
Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead conversion targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)
Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly approach
Basic knowledge of real estate or sales process is must. (preferred)
Ability to handle objections and close leads
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, WhatsApp)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in real estate telesales / telecalling / BPO sales is an advantage
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
