Job Description: Semi CA Internal Accounts

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Semi CA to manage our internal accounting operations and oversee comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reporting. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining the financial integrity of the company, preparing monthly financial reports, and ensuring robust internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
- Internal Accounting: End-to-end management of day-to-day internal books of accounts, ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliation of financial statements.
- MIS Reporting: Design, prepare, and present comprehensive weekly/monthly MIS reports to senior management to guide strategic decision-making.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Assist in finalizing financial statements, profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and performing cash flow analysis.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure absolute adherence to statutory compliances, including timely preparation and filing of GST, TDS,



corporate taxes, and assisting in audit processes.
- Payables & Receivables: Supervise vendor payments, track office expenses, process payroll/employee reimbursements, and monitor receivables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Semi CA (CA Inter cleared / dropped) or Post Graduate in Commerce/Finance.
- Experience: Relevant hands-on experience in corporate internal accounting and complex MIS preparation is mandatory.
- Technical Proficiency: High proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, financial modeling) and corporate accounting software.
- Soft Skills: Solid logical, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills to liaise with internal teams and auditors.

- Location: Mumbai
- Compensation Budget: 8,00,000 to 12,00,000 per annum (CTC dependent on experience and skills)
- Employment Type: Full-time
