Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Corporate, and Support functions.
- Partner with business leaders for manpower planning and workforce planning.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment consultants.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, position closure, offer-to-join ratio, and hiring quality.
- Support employee onboarding, engagement, performance management,



employee relations, and HR policy implementation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to improve talent availability, retention, and overall employee experience.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.
- 08 12 years of HR experience with robust expertise in Talent Acquisition.
- Minimum 3 4 years of hiring experience in the Insurance industry.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and recruitment analytics skills.
