Job Description
We are seeking to recruit a “Principal Development Planner” to join the team in Bengaluru/Noida and work closely with our UK offices. The candidate should have some experience working in or with UK-based companies/teams.

Your goal will be to deliver detailed, high-quality documents and designs for our clients. You will use various information sources and liaise with the project team. You will work as part of the Development Planning team, assisting our UK offices to deliver high-quality projects.

Responsibilities
You will provide support to the project owner by undertaking technical elements of projects on time, within budget and to the agreed standards.

Principal accountabilities include:
- Providing proactive management and leadership to secure all-round team-oriented, cooperative and harmonious working relationships with clients, colleagues, and staff.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with UK offices based upon achievement of excellence in service provision with high levels of technical competence and client satisfaction.




- Keeping up to date with relevant standards and policies.
- Working with large multi-disciplinary teams as part of project management or technical delivery roles.
- Supervising, training or mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of the expertise of our team.

- Experience in team management responsibilities, including day-to-day operations and liaison with the UK team.
- Significant experience in delivering a wide range of transport planning projects across a number of specialist areas, including development planning, scheme delivery, sustainable transport and active travel, junction design (priority, roundabout, signals) using AutoCAD/AutoTrack/PDS Line & Sign, and knowledge of relevant standards.
