Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day facility operations and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Handle Hard Services (HVAC, Electrical, DG, UPS, Plumbing, Fire Systems, BMS) and Soft Services (Housekeeping, Security, Pantry, Pest Control, Horticulture).
- Ensure preventive maintenance, business continuity, and smooth facility operations.
- Oversee EHS, Fire Safety, statutory compliance, audits, and emergency preparedness.
- Manage vendors, AMCs, SLAs, KPIs, and service quality.
- Prepare MIS reports, SOPs, maintenance records, and ISO documentation.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Corporate Facility Management, Commercial Buildings, IT Parks, Co-working Spaces, or IFM.
- Solid knowledge of Hard & Soft FM services, EHS, Fire Safety, HVAC, Electrical Systems, Utilities, and Preventive Maintenance.
- Experience in Vendor Management, SLA monitoring, Budget Control, Energy Management, and MIS Reporting.
