Packaging Design & Development
- Lead end-to-end packaging development for new and existing cosmetic and nutraceutical products from concept through commercial production.
- Design and develop primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials for client projects and in-house brands.
- Identify and recommend suitable packaging solutions based on product requirements, design briefs, market trends, functionality, and cost considerations.
- Conduct packaging material selection, compatibility studies, stability evaluations, and performance testing.

Project Management
- Manage packaging development projects from concept to implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve project deliverables and successful product launches.
- Scope, plan, and monitor multiple packaging development projects simultaneously.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide technical support to Marketing, R&D;, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Regulatory Affairs (RA), Production, Planning, and Procurement teams.




- Work closely with product development teams to align packaging requirements with product specifications and customer expectations.

Regulatory & Documentation Management
- Ensure packaging designs comply with applicable regulatory requirements, product safety standards, labeling guidelines, and sustainability requirements.
- Prepare, review, and maintain packaging specifications, Bills of Packaging Requirements (BPR), Packaging Material Work Orders (PMWO), technical drawings, and related documentation.
- Manage packaging artwork development, revisions, and approval processes.

Supplier & Supply Chain Management
- Identify, evaluate, qualify, and manage relationships with packaging suppliers, converters, and manufacturers.
- Establish robust supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost optimization, and timely delivery.
