Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience leading technical discussions and plans.

Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in technical program management with emerging technologies.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Ability to own and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs end-to-end.
- Excellent ability to influence without authority and drive consensus across engineering, product, and UX.
- Exceptional communication skills, articulating complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Skilled in navigating ambiguity, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and managing dependencies.
